Instructions
Step 1
Remove seeds from peppers and cut in half.
Step 2
Add 8 cups of water in a large pot and add tomato’s, onion, 6 bay leaves, 2 cinnamon sticks, and peppers.
Step 3
Cut the beef and salt it well.
Step 4
Put the onions,peppers, and tomatoes in a blender with all the water and everything. Add all the spices,garlic and apple cider vinegar. Salt to taste. Blend for 5 minutes.
Step 5
Add sauce to meat and mix. Marinate for 24 hours. Put all the meat,sauce,and bay leaves in crock pot for 6-8 hours.
Step 6
Dip tortillas in oil from the juice and cook on stove to toast.
