1 cupdates
pitted
4 ozdark chocolate chips
1 cupnuts
seeds, almonds, pecans, hazelnuts, walnuts, cashews, pepitas, sunflower seeds
1 cuppeanut butter
½ cupcocoa nibs
1 ½ cupsoats
1 cupunsweetened coconut flakes
3 tablespoonsground flax seeds
3 tablespoonschia seeds
3 tablespoonshemp hearts
1 teaspooncinnamon
1 teaspoonvanilla
2 tablespoonsmaple syrup
2 tablespoonsolive oil
or melted coconut oil
Instructions
Step 1
Pulse food processor with dates, chocolate chips, and harder nuts such as almonds until broken down and somewhat uniform
Step 2
Add peanut butter, and then other ingredients, and process until uniform
Step 3
Add a little more maple syrup or oil if more moisture is needed to form balls
Step 4
Scoop out with two tablespoon measure, and form into balls, placing on non-stick baking sheet
Step 5
Refrigerate until hard, store in airtight container in refrigerator
Step 6
Max 40 to 45 balls
