Instructions
Step 1
Begin by cooking bacon strips. Cook evenly on each side.

While the bacon is cooking, shred the cabbage with a peeler. Wash and rinse and drain the water.

Once bacon is finished cooking, set aside.

In a bowl, add your shredded cabbage and crack 2 eggs. Add a pinch of salt and mix well.

In the same pan, drizzle oil and pour in egg mixture. Turn heat to low-medium. Cook for 3 minutes then fold in half. Cook on both sides. Cut egg strip in half.
Step 6
Snip your cheese slice in half.
Step 7
Now, place a nori on a flat surface. Get warm cooked rice and spread evenly across the nori sheet.


Step 8
Place cheese slices, bacon and egg. Wrap the kimbap gently.
Step 9
Slice and sprinkle sesame seeds on top. For extra flavour, squeeze a pea-sized amount of ketchup on top before serving.
