Fried chicken
Step 1
Season the chicken with salt and pepper.
Step 2
Crack the egg in to a large plate. Pure in the milk and whisk until well combined. To another plate add the panko.

Dip the chicken breast it in the egg mixture. Then coat it in the panko.
Step 4
Heat the oil in the pan. Leave the heat on high. Add the chicken breast: Fry for about 3 min each side until crispy and golden brown.

Slice the tomato, avocado and red cabbage. Grate the carrot.
Step 6
Spread each toast slice with 2 tbsp sriracha mayo.
Step 7
Place the bottom slice of toast on a piece of baking paper or plastic wrap.
Step 8
On the bottom toast slice place the salad, tomatoes and chicken.
Step 9
Then continue with the carrot, red cabbage and avocado.
Step 10
Finally place the second toast slice on top.
Step 11
Wrap the Sandwich tightly with the backing paper or plastic wrap. Enjoy!
