Instructions
Step 1
Umplem o oala cu apa si o punem la fiert. In momentul in care apa fierbe, adaugam 1 lingurita cu sare si pastele. Le fierbem conform instructiunilor producatorului.
Step 2
Intre timp, punem rosiile deshidratate, scurse de ulei si taiate in bucatele mai mici, in robot sau blender.
Step 3
Adaugam macroul file si sosul tomat, 25 ml ulei de masline si cca 50 ml din apa in care fierb pastele. Condimentam cu sare dupa gust.
Step 4
Mixam ingredientele pentru pesto pana cand obtinem o consistenta omogena.
Step 5
Punem 1 lingura de ulei de masline intr-o tigaie antiaderenta, adaugam pastele scurse si sosul de rosii deshidratate si macrou. Amestecam cca 2 minute pe foc mediu.
