Cheesy Chicken Bacon Ranch Rice

This is a great way to use left over chicken and rice makes the recipe even easier. I have made the recipe with all precooked ingredients as part of a meal prep!

Instructions
Step 1
Melt butter adding onion until tender and translucent, add garlic, chicken. Cook until onion is cooked down and chicken isn’t going to kill anyone.
Step 2
Add Peas and precooked bacon pieces and chicken broth and stir to combined over med low heat, add ranch dressing packet stir to combine, simmer for 10 mins or until peas and bacon are warmed thru .
Step 3
Add sour cream and cheese stir to incorporate allow to set for 5 mins to allow cheese to melt.
Step 4
Spoon mixture over precooked rice and serve.
