1Can Roasted Chickpeas

¼ cupolive oil

1lemon juiced

1 cuproasted red peppers

1 Tbstahini

chili flakes

pepper

Step 1
Add one can drained chickpeas to blender with roasted red peppers. Blend with olive oil, lemon, and tahini. Blend in salt, pepper, and chili flakes. Top with fresh herbs.
