Instructions

Step 1
Mix salt, pepper & garlic powder. Rub on chicken. Mix rice, soup mix, bullion & water in 9 x 13 dish. Place seasoned chicken on top of rice. Bake at 400 for 30 minutes or until chicken & rice are done. Add mozzarella cheese & put back in oven for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
