Instructions

Step 1
Take warm 150ml milk and let all the nuts(Dates, Almonds,Cashews) soak in it for 15 minutes. Then after 15 minutes empty the milk and the soaked nuts in a mixer along with a banana(in small pieces). Then pour rest of the 150 ml milk (Normal Temp)
