Step 1
Cook rice according to package and fluff it with a fork, then let it cool. Prep mushrooms, green onion and sauce. Heat up your pan with oil then add garlic and green onions. Cook until fragrant then add shiitake mushrooms. Cook for 2-3 minutes. Add rice and cook for 2 minutes, then add sauce and mix together. Serve with a fried egg and top with chili oil and green onions.
