Step 1
Prep the onions, ginger, and garlic, and place in a bowl. In the same bowl add the chicken, the bouillon powder, fish sauce, and black pepper. Mix well and let marinade at room temperature for 30 minutes. Best if you let it marinate in the fridge overnight.
Step 2
Place the chicken onto a baking sheet, and place into a preheated 400*F oven. It should take approximately 40 minutes, but it also depends how big the chicken thighs are. The best way to check is to use a thermometer, and make sure the internal temperature reaches 165*F.
Step 3
Best server warm with white rice.
