For the marinade
2 Tbsphoney
1 Tbsppaprika
1 Tbspgarlic powder
1 Tbspdried rosemary
1 tspsmoked paprika
1 tsponion powder
1 tspblack pepper
1 tspcumin
1 tspsalt

For the marinade
Step 1
Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl and add 3 tbsp of oil of your choice

paprika1 Tbsp
garlic powder1 Tbsp
smoked paprika1 tsp
onion powder1 tsp
Step 2
Make sure the chicken is room temperature then Pat the chicken dry then cover it all over and inside with the marinade . slice the ends off of a lemon and place in the center of the Bundt pan place the chicken on top and add the broth to the bottom of the pan. Place this on a tray to avoid leaking then roast at 200 c 400 f for 1 hour and 20 minutes
Step 3
Baste the chicken 3-4 times with its own juices in between to get it nice and crispy then once it’s cooked remove from the oven and let it rest. Serve and enjoy .
