Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl and add 3 tbsp of oil of your choice

Step 2
Make sure the chicken is room temperature then Pat the chicken dry then cover it all over and inside with the marinade . slice the ends off of a lemon and place in the center of the Bundt pan place the chicken on top and add the broth to the bottom of the pan. Place this on a tray to avoid leaking then roast at 200 c 400 f for 1 hour and 20 minutes
