Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°F and spray a loaf pan with oil.
Step 2
In a bowl whisk together- flour, cinnamon, baking soda and salt and set aside.
Step 3
In another bowl - add pumpkin purée, butter and sugars and mix well. Mix in egg and vanilla extract.
Step 4
Pour the wet mixture into the dry mixture with the chocolate chips and fold slowly until batter just comes together. Do not over mix.
Step 5
Pour into loaf pan and bake 60-70 minutes. Cover with foil halfway through if top is getting too dark. Test with a toothpick, if it comes out clean it's done.
Step 6
While bread cools- mix together cream cheese, honey, cinnamon and vanilla extract.
Step 7
Once cooled- slice bread and spread on cream cheese topping. Enjoy!
