Instructions

Step 1
Add a couple cups of flour, one egg, half packet of dry active yeast, a few shakes of salt, tbsp. of sugar, and a touch of water in a big mixing bowl.
Step 2
Mix until it is a sticky ball of dough. Let sit for a couple hours with a towel covering the bowl.
Step 3
Preheat the oven to 425. Stretch the dough into a pizza shape and place it on a tray.
Step 4
Butter the rim of the pizza, and spread a little bit of mayo on the center of the pizza. Add minced garlic or garlic powder on the whole pizza. Then add mozzarella cheese and seasonings.
