Step 1
1. Chop chicken thighs into bite size pieces.
Step 2
2. Season to taste with spices above and lime juice/orange juice. Optional: marinate for at least 30 minutes and up to 8 hours.

3. Grease a pan with avocado oil spray and cook chicken thighs on high heat for 4-6 minutes on each side.

4. While the chicken rests, chop cilantro and onion.
Step 5
5. 1 serving of tacos: warm up 5 low calorie tortillas on a comal for 30-50 seconds on each side.
Step 6
6. Divide 4.5 oz of cooked chicken thigh to each onto the tortillas. (~0.9 oz chicken per tortilla)
Step 7
7. Top with cilantro, onion, salsa, and any other toppings of choice.
