Instructions
Step 1
Prepare and slice Kielbasa into small bite size pieces, set aside. Slice onion into small size as well.
Step 2
Prepare and slice vegetables of your choice, such as sliced taro root/potato, sliced carrot, sliced celery, bean sprouts, garlic chives or spinach.
Step 3
Heat up cooking oil in a big pot, throw in sliced Kielbasa to sear until golden brown and nicely charred. Then add sliced onion to mix together, cook until onion pieces are wilted. Add water to mix and bring to boil. Simmer for a minute on medium low heat.
Step 4
Add in sliced taro root or potato, sliced carrot and celery bites to cook for about 15 minutes until it becomes soft.
Step 5
Further add in rice, simmer for a minute before we put in bean sprouts and garlic chives or spinach/kale, etc.
Step 6
Season with salt, chicken powder and white pepper to taste, garnish with chopped scallion, enjoy!
