Prepare and slice vegetables of your choice, such as sliced taro root/potato, sliced carrot, sliced celery, bean sprouts, garlic chives or spinach.

Heat up cooking oil in a big pot, throw in sliced Kielbasa to sear until golden brown and nicely charred. Then add sliced onion to mix together, cook until onion pieces are wilted. Add water to mix and bring to boil. Simmer for a minute on medium low heat.
