Instructions

Step 1
In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, milk, egg, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

Form the meat mixture into 8 thin patties.

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the patties to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until browned.
