Instructions
Step 1
Fry the onions in olive oil in a pan for a few minutes
Step 2
Add crushed garlic
Step 3
Stir the contents for a few minutes and them add the chopped pieces of carrot
Step 4
Add mince once the onions are golden in appearance. Lower the heat
Step 5
Break the mince into pieces. Stir until the mince is cooked (15 mins)
Step 6
Add the passata, 1 tsp salt, 2 tsp dried basil and 2 tsp dried oregano (optional - peas)
Step 7
When the sauce boils and the oil is at the top the pasta sauce is ready. You can let the sauce simmer
