Chicken Parmesan

Instructions

Step 1
Preheat airfryer to 400 degrees F.
Step 2
Boil and drain past. Pat chicken dry and season well on both sides with salt and pepper.
Step 3
Add eggs to a shallow bowl and beat well. Add breadcrumbs, parmesan, garlic powder, flaxseeds, paprika, onion powder to a plate and stir to combine.
Step 4
Dip each piece of chicken into the egg mixture, drip off extra egg and then press into breadcrumbs, coating on both sides.
Step 5
Add oil spray to the base of the airfryer. Add breaded chicken and cook for about 10 minutes, 5 minutes on each side, until golden.
Step 6
Once cooked. Take the rack out of the airfryer so that chicken now lays on the bottom of the airfryer. Add in pasta, Spoon in marinara and top with cheese. Allow to sit in the airfryer till cheese is melted
Step 7
Add a spoonful of marinara sauce over the chicken, followed by a sprinkle of mozzarella and parmesan cheese.
Step 8
Garnish with fresh chopped basil. Serve over hot cooked spaghetti noodles, with extra sauce, if desired
