Instructions
Step 1
In a pot over medium heat, add oil. Once hot, add onion and garlic. Sauté until onions are translucent.
Step 2
Add spices and flours. Stir until onions are coated. Add chicken broth and tomato purée. Stir together.
Step 3
Once boiling, add tortellini and cook for 3-5 minutes or until fully cooked.
Step 4
And milk and spinach. Stir together and serve with parmesan.
