Creamy Tortellini Soup

This was a must have when the weather first started to get chilly! Super rich and creamy, best served right away!

Step 1

Chop your onion and garlic and add to large pot with olive oil

Step 2

Sauté for 3 minutes

Step 3

Add crushed tomatoes and stock

Step 4

Add oregano, thyme and basil

Step 5

Season with salt and pepper

Step 6

Add cheese tortellini when it’s at a boil, splash in your cream

Step 7

Add chopped kale and Parmesan cheese

Step 8

Serve while it’s hot, enjoy!
