Step 1
Brown ground beef and season with garlic power and ground ginger
Step 2
Mix together soy sauce, water, brown sugar, garlic cloves and grated ginger In a separate bowl, mix cornstarch and water
Step 3
Pour sauce into browned beef, simmer for a couple minutes and add cornstarch slurry. Cook for another couple minutes
