Step 1
Finely shred the carrot and zucchini with a grater. Add shredded veggies to medium bowl.

Step 2
Using the same grater, finely shred the cheese and add to veggie mixture.

Add whole wheat flour and garlic powder and stir, adding water as needed to moisten the mixture.

Step 4
Heat a medium pan and brush the cooking oil until ready.

Using a small spoon, scoop veggie mixture and roll into a ball. Place up to 4 balls in the pan to cook at one time. Use the back of the spoon to flatten the balls to desired thickness.
Step 6
Cook for roughly 30 seconds each side or until light brown.
