shredded
2 cupsmozzarella cheese shredded
pizza sauce
pizza dough
¼ cupparmesan cheese
1 teaspoongarlic powder
1 teaspoonsoregano
1 teaspoonsdried basil
1 teaspoonsparsley
For the Pizza Dough
Instructions
Step 1
Roll the dough into a rectangle on a large cookie sheet.
Step 2
Layer the toppings down the center.
Step 3
Cut the sides into strips.
Step 4
Fold the strips over the top in a crisscross pattern.
Step 5
Brush the top with olive oil and sprinkle seasonings on it.
Step 6
Wrap in saran wrap, then again in foil, to freeze.
Step 7
To cook, defrost in the fridge overnight.
Step 8
Remove it from the foil and plastic wrap.
Step 9
Bake on a pizza stone or baking sheet at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes.
Step 10
Combine all dough ingredients. Knead for 5-7 minutes.
