Instructions
Step 1
Chop and fry onion and garlic in oil until softened.
Step 2
Add canned chickpeas through paprika to the pan and stir fry a few minutes, then transfer to a bowl and slightly mash with a fork.
Step 3
Mix mayo or yogurt through salt until well combined.
Step 4
Add the chickpea mix to one half of your tortilla, add vegan cheese and parsley and clap together.
Step 5
Grill each side for 2-3 mins until toasted.
