Step 1
Cook the rice according package instruction.

Dice the bell pepper and cut the broccoli into small pieces.

Cook the broccoli for 2min.

Meanwhile heat the oil in the pan. Leave the heat on medium high and add the bell pepper. Fry for about 2min. Then add the broccoli and fry for another minute.
Chicken

Cut the chicken breast into cubes.

To a bowl add the chicken, flour and seasoning. Mix until well combined.

Heat the oil in a small pot. Add the chicken cubes and fry for about 2-3min until crispy and golden brown.
Orange Sauce

Mince the garlic and ginger.

To a bowl add all the ingredients and mix until well combined.

Add the chicken cubes to the veggies. Leave the heat on medium high and fry for 0,5min.

Pure in the orange sauce and let thicken for about 2min stirring occasionally.

Top the front center of the wrap with the rice and fried chicken and veggies.

Fold the sides of the wrap inward first. Then place the front part of the wrap over the filling and roll up under tension exercise.

Roast the wrap in a pan from all sides.
