Instructions

Step 1
Bring water to the boil
Step 2
• Add a pinch of salt and butter
Step 3
• Once boiling add sieved flour all at once and start stirring vigorously with a wooden spoon
Step 4
• Place pot away from the flame and continue beating until dough cools down
Step 5
• Add eggs one at a time until dough becomes glossy and dropping consistency.
Step 6
• Pipe according to instructions
Step 7
• Pipe shapes & bake 200c until puffed and light brown
Step 8
• Turn oven off and open door
Step 9
• Allow to dry for 10 to 15 minutes
