Instructions
Step 1
Brown the ground turkey
Step 2
Meanwhile chop veggies
Step 3
Drain turkey and set aside
Step 4
In same skillet, add the oil and when at medium heat, add chopped onion, garlic, jalapenos, and the spices
Step 5
Cook, stirring until softened
Step 6
Add the browned turkey, crushed tomatoes, beans, hominy, and broth
Step 7
Bring to a boil, then remove from heat, garnish with the cilantro and serve.
Step 8
You can also serve/garnish with a couple avocado slices and/or a lime wedge, and/or some shredded cheese. Enjoy!!!

Serving size is 1 cup.
