Instructions
Step 1
Boil the spinach in salty water. When they are ready, strain them.







Step 2
Put a griddle on the stove and when it is hot, ease down the rye bread. Grill the bread 5 minutes for each side.




Step 3
Take a pan and put both butter and spinach into it. Keep the flame high and stir. Add some, pepper and a bit of grated parmesan. Cook for five minutes than remove the pan from the heat and cover it.







Step 4
When the bread is ready, spread the mustard on it and then ease down the spinach.




Step 5
Prepare a fried egg. When it is ready, ease it down on top of the spinach and add some salt, pepper and grated parmesan at your own taste.
