Step 1
Slice the tomato and salad.
Step 2
Heat the oil in a pan. Leave the heat on medium high. Crumble the feta cheese into the pan. Form a circle, leaving the center free. Fry the cheese for about 1min until it starts melting.
Step 3
Crack the egg into the center. Season with salt, pepper and chili flakes. Put on a lid and let fry for another 2min.
Step 4
Roast the tortilla in a pan.
Step 5
Top the tortilla with the salad, tomatoes and feta egg. Enjoy!
