Instructions

Step 1
Boil Cook carrots until tender. Drain and mash.
Step 2
Stir in butter, vanilla, and eggs and mix well. Sift remaining ingredients and stir into carrots and blend until smooth. Pour batter in to 8x8 baking dish
Step 3
Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
