Instructions
Step 1
Heat the olive oil over medium heat in a large pot then add the diced onion. Cook until starts to turn translucent then add the minced garlic and cook for another minute.
Step 2
Add the ground beef, salt and pepper to taste, Italian seasoning, and a pinch of red pepper flakes. Cook until the beef is fully cooked then add the tomato paste.
Step 3
Add the jar of marinara, chicken broth, and heavy cream. Bring to a boil then add the broken up lasagna noodles. Lower the heat and cook about 15-20 minutes, until noodles are done and most of the liquid is absorbed. Turn the heat off and add the parmesan.
