Instructions
Step 1
Dice chicken and add to hot, lightly-oiled pan. Cook until browned and then remove.

Step 2
Combine the soy sauce, lime juice, sweet chilli sauce, rice wine vinegar, olive oil, brown sugar, and peanut butter. Mix well.







Step 3
Prepare veggies: dice carrot, capsicums, and spring onion.




Step 4
Prepare noodles according to packet instructions

Step 5
Add noodles, diced capsicum, diced carrots, and prepared sauce to the pan. Toss well for one minute.
Step 6
Add browned chicken, bean sprouts, and diced spring onion. Cook until heated through and then serve.
