Instructions
Step 1
Fry small jar of green curry sauce in a little oil for about 5 mins on medium heat.
Step 2
Clean and reuse frying pan, use 1 tbsp oil and cook cubes of tempeh over medium heat.
Step 3
Meanwhile bring a large pot of water to boil for the broccoli and noodles
Step 4
In a large bowl/blender blend whole bunch of spinach with tin of coconut milk juice of 1 lime and cooked curry paste.
Step 5
Cook broccoli for 1 minute, adding in noodles for final 3 minutes. Drain and then pour sauce over noodles and broccoli and heat through.
Step 6
Serve with tempeh, scatter over sesame seeds and drizzle crispy chilli oil.
