Instructions
Step 1
Add eggs to frying pan and cover. When eggs are firm on the bottom and whites are mostly cooked on the top.
Step 2
Add all tomato juice. Cover and cook until eggs are ready.
Step 3
Make toast.
Step 4
Separate eggs and tomato juice until two bowls. Top with cheese. Serve with toast.
