Instructions

Step 1
Heat the oils in a wok or deep frying pan over a medium-high heat, add the garlic and ginger and fry for a couple of minutes until soft. Add the rice, fry for a couple of minutes then push everything to one side.
Step 2
Add the egg, breaking it up with a spoon as it cooks. Add the remaining ingredients and mix everything together, then fry for a couple of minutes until everything is piping hot. Remove from the heat and season to taste then serve.
