Step 1
Boil Eggs separately
Step 2
Heat oil , add all spices
Step 3
Add onions, saute until golden brown
Step 4
Add ginger garlic paste and sauté
Step 5
Add turmeric powder, chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala and salt.
Step 6
Add tomato, saute until tomatoes are cooked
Step 7
Add a little water, bring to boil
Step 8
Add coconut milk, pepper powder if needed. Bring to boil
Step 9
Add boiled eggs and heat for couple of minutes
