soak for 1h in warm water, torn into tiny pieces
10gGoji fruit
Asian pear, 2 small, cut into small chunks

Instructions

Step 1
Bring woodear, pear and water to boil. Stir on medium high for a minute. Reduce to low simmer for 30min. Stir once in the middle for 1min.
Step 2
Stir for another minute. Put dates and simmer for 20min.
Step 3
3min until done, put goji fruits and honey. Turn heat to medium and stir constantly until done.
