Instructions
Step 1
1. Peel and dice your sweet potato
Step 2
2. Melt coconut (or olive) oil over high-medium heat
Step 3
3. Add diced sweet potatoes and 2-3 tbs water to pan and cover with lid
Step 4
4. Let sit 10-13 minutes stirring once
Step 5
5. Remove lid and fry untouched for 4 minutes to crisp potatoe sides
Step 6
6. Add in onions and garlic and mix
Step 7
7. Push veggies to the side and add in Bison
Step 8
8. Chop with spatula and cook till brown in color
Step 9
9. Mix hash together and add salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste
Step 10
10. Top with kale and place lid back for 3-5 minutes till kale wilts
Step 11
11. Mix in kale, serve, and enjoying
