Instructions

Step 1
Dice the chicken breasts. Then combine in a bowl with the soy sauce, sriracha, lime juice and spices to taste.
Step 2
Add chicken to pan over high heat. Once 80% cooked, add in the minced garlic and the chopped white part of green onions. Cook for another 3-4 minutes, until chicken is fully cooked, then remove from the pan.
Step 3
Over low heat, add the peanut butter, soy sauce, sriracha, honey, and lime juice to the pan.
Step 4
Start cooking your noodles or pasta of choice. Grab half a cup of the noodle water and add it to the sauce.
Step 5
Toss in the noodles, chicken and green parts of the green onions. Stir and serve.
