400gbeef steak
Thinly shaved
1Tomato
big, peeled and cubed
2Russet potato
small, peeled and cut into small cubes
2Green onion
chopped
4 clovesGarlic
minced
1 tbpCorn starch

Instructions
Step 1
Blanch tomato for easy peeling. Blanch shaved beef until change color. Drain.
Step 2
Fry potatoes on medium high until edges golden.
Step 3
Stir in garlic and green onion until fragrant.
Step 4
Stir in tomatoes, fry until thicken. Put in sauce and 1/2 cup water. Simmer for 10min.
Step 5
Put beef back and boil for 1 more min. Dilute starch with 2 tbp of water and put in the pot on medium high. Stir until sauce thicken.
