Instructions
Step 1
Cream together the butter and cream cheese until light and fluffy scraping down sides of the bowl as needed
Step 2
Add sugar, egg yolks, and vanilla and mix well another 1-2 minutes.
Step 3
And the flour and salt and mix until combined.
Step 4
Chill dough for at least 2 hours
Step 5
On a lightly floured surface roll dough to 1/2" thick and cut with cookie cutters
Step 6
Bake at 350 degrees on a lined cookie sheet for 10-14 minutes until just baked through all the way. Do not over bake. Allow to cool on rack a few minutes before removing them to a cooling rack to cool completely
