Step 1
Blend in food processor 1/2 avocado, 1/2 lime, some cilantro, a little milk, salt, cayenne and a garlic clove, roughly chopped. Add to bottom of dish or mason jar. Mix the quinoa with1/2 lime, cumin and salt and add to bowl. Layer the corn, cherry tomatoes, black beans rinsed and a big handful of spinach.
