Instructions
Step 1
Cut eggs in half lengthwise.
Step 2
Remove yolks and place in food processor. Process until finely chopped.
Step 3
Add mayonaise , sugar, mustard , salt and pepper. Process until smooth.
Step 4
Arrange egg whites on serving plate or tray. Blot top of eggs with paper towel to remove excess moisture.
Step 5
Assemble and fill Super Shooter Plusd (cookie press) with yolk mixture; use decorator tip.
Step 6
Fill egg whites with mixture.
Step 7
Garnish as desired I use paprika
