Instructions
Step 1
Lightly toast your bread in the air fryer for 2-3 minutes at 200C.
Step 2
While your bread is toasting, add eggs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper into a small bowl, and beat to combine.
Step 3
When bread is very lightly toasted, remove from air fryer, and press down in the middle to create a bowl.
Step 4
Lightly spread butter around the inside of your “bread bowl”, and pour in eggs. Top with mozzarella and chili oil.
Step 5
Gently put back in the air fryer for 7-8 minutes at 200C, or until the eggs are fully cooked through (gently shake the toast to be sure the eggs don’t jiggle).
