Instructions

Step 1
Toast hashbrown in toaster. When done toasting, place in the bottom of a 3-4 cup pyrex bowl.
Step 2
Whisk eggs and pour over toasted hashbrowns. Add tomatoes, spinach, and cheese. Place on baking sheet and bake for 15-18 minutes at 350°. Top with favorite sauce (such as Sriracha).
