Step 1
Mix milk, honey, and butter. Wisk

Sprinkle yeast on top. Let sit for 5 minutes.

When foamy, wisk together. Add egg, wisk together.

Add flour and salt. Stir together until dough forms. It will be sticky.

Cover and let rise until dough doubles (1 hour).

Lay on floured surface. Spread it out to between 1/2 to 1 inch thick.

Use circular open object (like Mason jar), cut out four circles. Don't twist the jar; that pinches thr edges and limits the ability to rise.

Cook covered on high heat in skillet. 6 minutes per side.
