Oven Fried Buttermilk Chicken
Oven Fried Buttermilk Chicken is tender, delicious and so very crispy! The chicken pieces sit in buttermilk overnight or at least 6 hours. This makes the chicken moist and tender. It’s then breaded with a combination of flour, bread crumbs and a few spices. It is then fried until it is light golden brown and then put in oven to finish cooking. This chicken is sooo delicious and you are going to love it! Enjoy!
