Poke bowl

1 poundahi tuna
sushi grade, cut into 3/4-inch cubes

2 cupsrice
cooked

2 cupsred cabbage
sliced

1cucumber
large, sliced
Poke sauce

¼ cupsoy sauce
or Tamari, for Gluten-free

1 teaspoonrice vinegar

1 teaspoonsesame oil

½ teaspoonred pepper flakes

Instructions
Step 1
Cook the rice according to the directions on the package.
Step 2
In a medium bowl combine the soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil and crushed red pepper flakes.
Step 3
Add the tuna to a separate large bowl, and pour 1/2 the poke sauce over the tuna pieces. Mix together.
Step 4
Add cooked rice, marinated poke, cabbage, cucumber to bowls (this recipe makes 4 servings) and drizzle over remaining poke sauce.
Step 5
Sprinkle sesame seeds over the top and serve.
