Step 1
Add some olive oil to a large pot then add onion celery and carrot with a pinch of salt .Soften and cook for a for a few minutes then add garlic and sauté another minute

Add potatoes white beans and kidney beans vegetable broth rosemary and a bay leaf and season with pepper then cook about 12 more minutes

Step 3
Take out 1 1/2 cups of the soup and blend it then add it back in for thickness . Add in bitesize pieces of kale and cook until it’s softened for a few minutes and adjust the seasoning to taste ! Enjoy
